Please be advised our property owners association of Blue Ridge Overlook maintains the wide w cars paved road and will get salted & plowed as soon as possible. Our winding driveway is around 500 feet long and is gravel, during regular weather conditions, non-4WD vehicles have no issues with access, however, when there is ice or snow, access can be more challenging. We do have a "snow plowing" service that plows when we get more than 4" of snow.
NO OPEN FLAMES around cabin except in firepit
NEVER leave a fire unattended, extinguish with water after every fire
SWIM/HOTUB/SAUNA AT YOUR OWN RISK always keep the spa covered when not in use
NO GLASS outside in/around the hot tub spa, firepit, sauna, or covered porches
KEEP OFF FURNITURE, unless covered with pet blanket, pick up waste, & leashed when outdoors
Be Neighborly respect the privacy of our neighbors
DO NOT TRESPASS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
Do not bring items are not allowed onto the Property
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE, like amplified music, yelling and shouting etc, after 10 pm or before 8 am.
We do not allow our private home to be used for group Parties or Events
We do not allow outside guests or visitors overnight not listed on rental
NO SMOKING NEAR HOUSE OR ON PORCHES & DECKS
